Visa's Gord Jamieson on the Need to Refine Detection
Card-not-present fraud is rising as fraudsters inject malware into e-commerce websites to harvest account information, says Gord Jamieson, head of payment system risk for Visa in Canada. But the artificial intelligence models used to detect fraud need to be refined to better mitigate this growing threat, he says.
